ABOUT
Nina Paul Decorative Arts are made by Christina Buchenau-Elliot and Dirk Elliot. We both fell in love with clay at an early age, turning it into a career after getting Ceramic degrees. We met by chance at a pottery when Christina visited the US from Germany and have been involved in Ceramics ever since.
Currently we follow two Decorative Arts traditions, “Hob-Nail” and “Transferware”. Our vessels are often a collage of vintage patterns and antique shapes. Now, 36 years later, we are still following our design ideas in porcelain.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping fees cover processing your order, handling, packing and delivering it to you. Our products are shipped from our studio within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If there is a delay you will be notified via email.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE
If within 10 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandize value. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original payment. Cash or check refunds over $100 will be issued a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
HOW TO SHIP THE RETURN
Simply contact us via phone or email to receive a return authorization. Carefully repack the item equal to or greater than its original packing and ship it to:

Shipping and return postage fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your purchase and notify us immediately of any damage. Please save the box and packaging. We will then arrange for a prompt replacement. In the event of receiving a damaged shipment prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustment.
SALES TAX
Orders delivered within the state of Washington are subject to 8.8% sales tax.
