Nina Paul is a design firm working in multiple materials and unique processes. As Industrial Designers and Engineers we are drawn to the mastery of the complex. Our goal, as decorative artists, is to encourage process to influence aesthetics. As avid outdoors-men and women we draw on the Alpine lifestyle. Blending vintage farm and ranch elements in new ways has rewarded us with the products we offer.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping fees cover processing your order, handling, packing and delivering it to you. Our products are shipped from our studio within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If there is a delay you will be notified via email.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE
If within 10 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandize value. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original payment. Cash or check refunds over $100 will be issued a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
HOW TO SHIP THE RETURN
Simply contact us via phone or email to receive a return authorization. Carefully repack the item equal to or greater than its original packing and ship it to:

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your purchase and notify us immediately of any damage. Please save the box and packaging. We will then arrange for a prompt replacement. In the event of receiving a damaged shipment prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustment.
SALES TAX
Orders delivered within the state of Washington are subject to 8.8% sales tax.
